Job Description
The Social Hub is seeking an Office Manager Intern to join their team for 5-6 months in Amsterdam. The intern will assist with day-to-day activities, event planning, and office operations, and will be part of a dynamic and international organization.
Requirements
- Support the Office Manager on day-to-day activities
- Assist with office events and creation of the events calendar
- Manage meeting room calendar and other bookings internally
- Support and coordinate post and shipping requests
- Assist onboarding and offboarding new starters at The Support Hub
- Keep the office and pantry organized
- Keep narrow casting and internal communications updated
