Job Description
As a Quality Intern, you will support achieving TSH quality and operational excellence across locations in Europe, analyzing guest service metrics, and implementing solutions to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
- Enrolled in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Business Management studies
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Great eye for details and driven by continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Multi-cultural exposure and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
