LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

The site nurse is responsible for the ongoing healthcare service delivery, coordination and monitoring of assigned individuals. Oversees medication administration, provides individual specific training to staff and completes quality assurance audits.

Requirements

• Licensed in the state of Ohio, LPN with pharmacology or RN license
• At least one (1) year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities
• Certification in CPR and PMT
• Knowledge of Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, Ohio Department of Medicaid, Ohio Department of Health and Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and Center for Medicaid and Medicare regulations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and word processing skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License with good driving record and liability insurance coverage limits required by The Society
