Job Description
The Staff Pad is seeking a Home Health RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. The RN will assess patient needs, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, and deliver direct nursing care under the guidance of the Director or clinical coordinator.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care or home health nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing
- Current Montana RN license and BLS certification required
- Current Montana driver’s license with excellent driving record
