Chef de Rang at 5 Star Hotel

We are looking for a Chef de Rang to provide exceptional guest service experience, have a real passion for food and wine, and be responsible for the management of junior staff. The successful candidate will have experience in an upscale or luxury environment and a keen eye for detail.

Requirements

• Experience as a Chef de Rang, Waiter, or Waitress in an upscale or luxury environment
• Passion for hospitality, first-class service skills, and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
• Real passion for food and wine, and ability to up sell and promote menu items
• Ability to manage junior staff and their learning and development
• Organizational skills and ability to run a section
• Understanding of the London Restaurant scene and the local area
