Mosaic Counselor

Requirements

• Lead a group of 10-12 diverse and changing campers ensuring safety, providing guidance, community building and fun
• Assist campers in skills and project based activities led by Educators and visiting Instructors and Career Professionals
• Lead group day to day operations such as coordinating bathroom breaks, guiding behavior and preparing your group for dismissal
• Lead and accompany campers on career based field trips modeling appropriate behavior and ensuring camper safety
• Maintain accurate group attendance records on a daily basis
• Maintain confidentiality of camper emergency data for your group
