The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising Workplace Solutions sales activities within one assigned local market, leading and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue, margin, and growth objectives.

Requirements

• Directly supervise and manage Workplace Solutions sales professionals within an assigned local market
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to drive individual and team results
• Drive achievement of assigned local market sales, revenue, and profitability targets
• Ensure disciplined execution of the Workplace Solutions sales process from prospecting through close
• Partner with sales team members on key local accounts and complex sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders within the assigned market
• Ensure accurate and consistent use of the company CRM platform
• Provide timely sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting
