Adjunct College of Hospitality Studies Instructor

Sullivan University is seeking an Adjunct College of Hospitality Studies Instructor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating student learning, delivering effective instruction, and evaluating student learning in face-to-face, online, hybrid, and/or HyFlex learning environments.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant management preferred
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
• Ability to function efficiently in a stressful work environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to hear and speak well enough to communicate with students, faculty, and staff face to face, via the telephone, and through electronic medium
