Job Description
Join Sullivan University as a full-time Admissions Administrative Assistant and support the Director of Admissions and Vice President of Enrollment Management in coordinating and managing the flow of activities in the department. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, directing visitors, maintaining security, tracking daily activity, and performing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree preferred
- Two years' clerical or administrative work experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate face-to-face and via the telephone
