Requirements
- Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing
- Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulation
- Experience in hands on care of memory impaired residents
- Ability to communicate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and community staff
