Commercial Lender - To 145K + Bonus - Milwaukee, WI - Job 3713

Commercial Lender role to be based in the Milwaukee, WI market, making and servicing C&I & CRE loans, and assisting senior officers with larger and more complicated loans.

Requirements

• Developing and managing commercial loan accounts
• Soliciting commercial clients and obtaining quality new business
• Obtaining and maintaining COIs and attending networking events
• Generating commercial and real estate loans
• Contributing to deposit growth through cross-selling and promoting banking products
• Analyzing creditworthiness and property evaluations
• Guiding loans through approval and closing processes
• Representing the Bank in the community through professional and civic involvement
