Lending Compliance Officer - To 90K - Temple, TX - Job 3682

We are seeking a Lending Compliance Officer to join our team in Temple, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This is a hands-on role that requires developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to the business units.

Requirements

• Assist the Director of Compliance with developing, administering and maintaining the Bank's Compliance Management Program
• Supervise compliance professionals, manage, train, quality control, and oversee work of applicable staff
• Perform targeted compliance reviews, control enhancement projects, and risk mitigation initiatives
• Develop and update risk assessments, including the design and execution
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the bank's lines of business with an emphasis in lending
