Job Description
The Symicor Group is seeking a Sr. Credit Officer for a community bank client in the Memphis, TN area. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the credit analysis and administration teams, including recruitment, development, compensation, and performance management. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $170K and a full benefits package.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ten or more years of commercial banking experience
- Ten or more years of progressive leadership experience
- Experience in credit administration, analysis, and risk mitigation with direct credit approval
- Supervisory experience in commercial real estate, construction, and commercial and industrial lending
