Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Experienced English Speaking Retention Agents. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining customer loyalty and minimizing churn by engaging with our clients and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a retention-focused role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
