Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Head Chef - European Cuisine for a nightlife venue in Dubai. Key responsibilities include menu development, team leadership, quality control, cost management, health & safety, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a beach restaurant with a focus on upscale European cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional European cooking techniques and ingredients
- Creative approach to menu development with an eye for detail
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume kitchen
- Culinary certification or relevant qualifications are a plus
