The Telegraph is seeking a Partnerships Project Manager to manage and deliver commercial partnership campaigns. The role involves working closely with sales, production, and editorial teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of commercial partnership campaigns for strategic clients and agencies
- Work closely with Sales, All Production teams, and Commercial Editors
- Champion Workfront for campaign management and delivery
- Drive campaign effectiveness (Results That Matter) for clients
- Maintain centralized, accurate, and up-to-date schedules and trackers
- Provide best-in-class customer service
- Have a clear comprehensive understanding of all Telegraph products
- Set the standards to support the renewal of campaigns
- Proven experience in project management within a commercial partnerships or advertising environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Client-focused approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of digital advertising metrics, buying methods, and profit margin management
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience with project management software, preferably Workfront
- Attention to detail and numerical literacy to manage budgets and optimize profitability
- Multi-media knowledge including sales, operations, and campaign delivery processes
