Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Business Analyst to partner with our Sales, Marketing, and Communications disciplines and provide hands-on management of several applications.
Requirements
- Serve as a single point of contact and facilitate solutions to meet business needs
- Analyze the company’s business processes, applications, architecture, and infrastructure
- Perform data analysis and process mapping to reveal process improvement opportunities
- Define and convert business requirements, processes, and designs into a comprehensive solution
- Resolve user system issues and escalate as needed
- Create process documentation, job aids, and training materials
- Oversee all phases of project execution
- Experience with end-user systems support
- Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills
- Experience leading system solution direction
