Job Description
Quality Manager II role at The Toro Company, leading quality initiatives and performance standards of manufacturing processes, partnering with design and engineering groups, and providing strategic leadership within the plant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Quality, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- 7+ years of Quality Engineering experience in assembly industries
- 5+ years of Management experience required
- Control Plans, SPC, Poka-Yoke, COPQ, and problem-solving tools
- Data analysis and root cause analysis
- Internal calibration and measurement system analysis
- GD&T and ISO 9001/QMS procedure development
- Coaching and supplier quality (incoming inspection, containment, audits)
- CTQ/CTP, process controls, process validation, layered and process audits
- Document control, APQP, COC, and PPAP
