Sourcing Manager - The Toro Company

The Toro Company is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead a team of Commodity Managers and Specialists in the development and execution of strategic initiatives and tactical procurement for assigned supply categories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA desired, CPIM, ISM, NAPM, CPSM or APICS certification preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in sourcing (Sourcing Manager I) or minimum of 7+ years' experience in sourcing (Sourcing Manager II)
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in supervising (Sourcing Manager I) or minimum of three 3+ years’ experience in supervising (with sourcing professionals preferred) (Sourcing Manager II)
