Business Intelligence Analyst II

The Trade Desk is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst II to join their Global BI team. The role involves developing cross-functional data models, core business metrics, and self-service analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence roles, and a deep understanding of relational databases and data warehouse methodologies.

Requirements

• Quantitatively focused education (minimum BSc in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science etc.)
• 5+ years professional experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence roles
• SQL pro and hands-on expertise with relational databases and data warehouse methodologies (Snowflake, Databricks, Vertica, etc.)
• Experience with multiple programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with a strong understanding of enabling self-serve analytics
• Genuinely curious, a lifelong learner, and a fearless advocate of positive change
• Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced environment with teams spread across the globe
• Adept at communicating across, both, technical and business-focused teams
• Can prioritize and meet deadlines
