The role requires excellent customer support and helpdesk ticket management skills, as well as a basic level of experience with MS Windows 10 Professional and macOS 10.x.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related IT field
- 2-4+ years of relevant experience in a similar hands-on role or relevant coursework
- Ability to work with remote users and international users
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and reach acceptable solutions
