The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Data Partnerships Manager (Audience) to lead a critical portfolio of ID-based data partnerships and programs that support advertiser targeting outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnership / business development, sales and/or account management with an emphasis on data used for targeting
- Highly collaborative, with strong emotional intelligence and integrity; builds trust-based, consultative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to articulate company and departmental strategy into actionable plans, programs, and execution priorities
- Demonstrated ability to analyze issues using data and qualitative inputs, weighing tradeoffs to make consistently sound decisions
- Experienced in strategic partner management, including vendor negotiation, joint sales motions, and business development support
- Experience in digital media, preferably advertising technology
- Experience working with account teams and centers of excellence at agency holding companies
- Track record of helping direct reports grow their capabilities, responsibilities and careers
