The Trade Desk is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to lead partner engagements and manage post-sale technical relationships for key retail clients.
Requirements
- Manage the post-sale technical relationship for portfolio of accounts spanning multiple channel partners
- Participate in strategic meetings to support engagements that require technical consultation
- Know our capabilities and differentiators to help the team identify opportunities to leverage them to solve business needs and support revenue growth
- Lead the development of project tracking and portfolio-specific goals based on the company’s vision and define a framework for reporting progress with leadership
- Ideate, scope, and program manage engineering work to facilitate custom solutions to be scaled across our partners
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other functional leaders by solving business challenges together, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organizations
