The role involves developing strategy, consulting with clients, and operating as a platform power user. As a Senior Trading Specialist, you'll be the strategic intelligence layer between data and decisions, helping Japan's leading brands and agencies stay competitive.

Requirements

• 6+ years of consultative, client-facing experience in ad tech, digital marketing, or other data-intensive industries
• Bilingual fluency in Japanese & English
• Passionate about client success
• Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strategic mindset with the ability to look for opportunities for improvements and changes
• Strong data story-telling skills
• Advanced MS Excel / data visualization skills
• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasets
