Requirements
- Proven experience in Sourcing, with a strong emphasis on corporate/in-house environments in addition to agency experience
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent across GTM (particularly Client Services) within dynamic, high-growth, or global organizations
- Expert knowledge of search methodologies, market mapping, and candidate research techniques
- A trusted talent advisor skilled in influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders
- Exceptional ability to communicate and articulate complex opportunities to senior-level talent with poise and credibility
- Highly adept at building diverse pipelines and utilizing multiple sourcing channels to uncover top talent
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and insights across multiple jurisdictions to inform strategy and track results
- Emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Passionate about people, culture, and creating meaningful impact through talent
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information
