The Tsui Group is seeking a candidate to serve as a Project Manager II for a large educational client within Los Angeles County, overseeing Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects for a major higher-education client.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction, preferably within JOC, higher-education, or public-sector environments
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building codes, and contract administration
