Bilingual Front Desk/ Receptionist

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is hiring a Bilingual Front Desk/Receptionist for its Dallas office. The ideal candidate is an individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to serving clients. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, managing conference room reservations, and performing various tasks at the front desk.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency
• Weekend Availability is a MUST
• At least 1 year of experience in front desk
• Resourceful, and motivated to resolve issues whenever they arise
• Customer service attitude
• Case Management software experience is a significant plus
• Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and CLIO (Preferred)
