Job Description
The United Firm is seeking an admitted attorney for an EOIR Associate Attorney position with room for growth in a premier law firm in Austin. The role involves representing clients in immigration proceedings, preparing defensive applications, and managing a caseload.
Requirements
- Represent non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings
- Prepare defensive immigration applications
- Review immigration applications
- Meet with clients to determine necessary strategy
- Manage team of paralegals
- Prepare and submit legal briefs
