Job Description
We're looking for an admitted attorney to join our Immigration Team as an Associate Immigration Attorney. The role involves managing caseloads, client interaction, and collaborating with our Immigration Team. Requirements
- At least 1 to 4 years of Immigration Law Experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber
- Record of moving legal cases forward and ability to manage a caseload
- Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications
- Experience with Case Management Software preferred
