Job Description
The Universal Group has exciting opportunities for Traffic Control Person (TCP) roles in our Traffic Control team. As a TCP, you will ensure the safety and flow of traffic in work zones and play a critical role in upholding quality, delivery, safety, and responsiveness requirements.
Requirements
- Valid BC TCP Certification issued by a regulatory body
- Effective communication and de-escalation skills
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and responsiveness standards
- Ensures accountability - Holding self and others to accountable to meet commitments
