Lecturer

The School of Nursing at the University of British Columbia - Vancouver campus invites applications for one full time non-tenure track faculty at the Lecturer rank with expertise in teaching in an undergraduate nursing program.

Requirements

• Currently credentialed and active Registered Nurses holding registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) or with another provincial regulatory body in Canada
• Master’s degree or a PhD in nursing
• Experience teaching nursing students in an academic setting, including skills lab and/or simulation teaching, and/or direct clinical supervision in practice
• Specific expertise in pediatrics and/or mental health nursing is preferred
• Familiarity with and experience working with the UBC School of Nursing BSN curriculum is preferred
