Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice

The Justice Sciences Program at the University of Findlay is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable instructor to teach undergraduate courses in criminal justice. The ideal candidate will contribute to the program's mission of delivering a student-centered education and fostering an environment of pedagogical excellence, experiential learning, professional development, service, and scholarship.

Requirements

• Teach lower and upper-level criminal justice courses in both seated and online formats
• Develop and deliver engaging course materials that meet the department's academic standards
• Advise and provide mentorship to undergraduate students
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student learning and meet departmental strategic objectives
• Assist the Justice Sciences Department with program marketing, student recruitment, assessment activities, and other initiatives
