Job Description
The Director of Annual Giving is a strategic fundraising leader responsible for designing, executing, and enhancing a comprehensive annual giving program that drives donor acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual giving strategy
- Lead the implementation of base and mid-level segments of the existing grateful patient fundraising strategy
- Rebuild and enhance the donor pipeline by leveraging segmentation, personalization, and automation
