Patient Dietary Aide - Part Time

Under the direction of the Dietary Supervisor, this part-time position prepares meals for patients, visitors, and employees, cleans and sanitizes work stations and equipment, and stocks food service department items.

Requirements

• Prepares and cooks to order foods requiring short preparation times.
• Maintains patient diet orders and communicates with nursing staff.
• Contacts dietician on call when problems arise with patient diet orders.
• Cleans and sanitizes work stations and equipment following regulatory rules and procedures.
• Promotes effective teamwork and displays professional behavior and positive attitude.
