Requirements
- Active participation in organizational and departmental performance improvement efforts
- Consistent attendance at patient care rounds and participation in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Flexibility to cover supplemental shifts and assist with staffing needs
- Adherence to hospital's Standards of Excellence
- Attendance at residency events and review of minutes
- Documentation of medication incidents and adverse drug reactions
- Demonstration of critical thinking, interpersonal relationships, and self-awareness skills
- Participation in quality management program and projects
- Contribution to pharmacy department projects and external publications
- Sharing of pharmaceutical expertise through educational presentations
- Precepting of clerkship students and interns
