The RN is responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Collects and assesses initial and ongoing data about the health status of the patient
• Initiates and/or revises an individualized plan of care that includes immediate and long-term outcomes for the patient/family
• Carries out interventions safely and in compliance with policy to facilitate achievement of expected outcomes
