RN - Med/Surge/Tele

The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process to coordinate the interdisciplinary approach to patient care, providing safe, therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic way, integrating knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families through the continuum of care.

Requirements

• Adheres to hospital policies related to medication safety
• Answers patient/significant others phone calls and evaluates patient's needs
• Anticipates and intervenes in a timely manner when there are concerns related to patient and staff safety
