Associate Professor (Domain Lead in Aboriginal Health) School of Medicine - Identified Role

The Associate Professor (Domain Lead in Aboriginal Health) role is a full-time opportunity at the University of Notre Dame Australia's Sydney campus. The successful candidate will provide vision and leadership to strengthen cultural capability across the National School, manage the campus-based Aboriginal Health Teams, and lead the delivery of the Aboriginal Health curriculum.

Requirements

• Medical qualification eligible for AHPRA registration
• PhD or Fellowship of a relevant professional body, or a Masters degree in a relevant field with a minimum of five years of teaching experience in the Higher Education sector
• Proven experience in medical education, clinical practice, and engaging with health services
• Demonstrated capability in managing teams within complex organisational environments
• Strong people management abilities, with excellent communication, influencing skills, and a demonstrated commitment to providing high-level pastoral care to students
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team
