We're seeking an Administration Assistant to support the smooth operation of essential administrative and financial processes at the University of Queensland's Biological Resources department. The role will involve procurement, financial transactions, and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
• Demonstrated experience in financial administration, including procurement, invoicing, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate records
