UQ Temps offers a variety of casual administrative opportunities across the University of Queensland. As a casual employee, you will be working on a flexible, short-term basis and will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including general administration, executive assistant, and junior web developer.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in administration, business or executive support
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills
• The ability to quickly adapt and contribute in fast-paced environments
• A proactive and flexible attitude to meet the needs of different teams
• A broad understanding of administration procedures and structures
• Experience in web applications development using Drupal (for web focused role)
