We are seeking an experienced Senior Administration Officer to support the coordination of internal and external events and improve related business processes.
Requirements
- Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience in relevant administration and/or secretarial administrative experience
- High-level organisational skills, including event management, planning, information management, problem-solving and time management
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, students and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience working as a team member in a busy environment
- Ability to understand and apply a range of rules, policies and processes
- Skills in project coordination
- Working knowledge of University administrative systems, policies and procedures
