We are seeking an organised and highly motivated Student and Academic Administration Officer to join our world-class School of Biomedical Sciences. The role offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting students and staff by providing accurate advice and information within the University’s policy and legislative framework.
Requirements
- Relevant undergraduate qualification or equivalent experience and/or training
- Knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, student and academic administrative processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work accurately
- Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgement and attention to detail
- High-level written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus and ability to communicate with diverse student groups
- Experience in a tertiary or large organisation environment
