Director of the Institute for Fusion Studies

Manage the scientific staff of the Institute for Fusion Studies, manage and foster the progress of the scientific mission of the Center over multiple grants, actively participate and contribute as a fusion scientist on individual research.

Requirements

• PhD in Physics
• A body of scientific research published in refereed scientific journals
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent the Center at the College and University level as well as at external institutes, such as sponsoring agencies, US Congress, and collaborators at other universities and federal labs
