Job Description
The University of Texas at Austin welcomes applications for a Grant Management Coordinator position in the College of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Addictions Research and Medicine Program. The selected candidate will lead and coordinate pre-award grant development activities, including building detailed budgets, drafting budget justifications, and coordinating subawards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in research administration, grant development, or pre-award support
- Demonstrated experience developing and revising proposal budgets and budget justifications
- Experience coordinating multi-component grant submissions
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously and work independently
- Strong written communication skills
