Job Description
Join the Facilities Operations and Maintenance team at the University of Texas at Austin, where you will work as an Instrumentation and Controls Technician I. This role involves performing journey-level preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostic testing, and repairs of mechanical systems in campus facilities, as well as installing, maintaining, repairing, and servicing electrical systems.
Requirements
- High school or GED
- Three years of journey-level experience with the installation, repair, maintenance, and operation of pneumatic and DDC instrumentation and control systems
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions
