Reading Interventionist

The Meadows Center for Preventing Education Risk (MCPER) at The University of Texas at Austin is looking for individuals to serve as reading interventionists in Hutto ISD, providing small group reading instruction to elementary school students.

Requirements

• Teach students to help them improve their word reading and reading comprehension skills.
• Travel to Hutto ISD schools.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Receive training on providing high-quality instruction using lesson plans developed by the MCPER research team.
