Job Description
Full-time Research Associate position available to assist with and conduct lab-based research in the Champagne Lab in SEA. Duties include conducting benchwork laboratory procedures, lab organization, and maintaining lab safety protocols. Applicant must have good communication skills and be able to work diligently and independently. This is a one-year fixed term position with the chance to renew based on performance and/or research goals.
Requirements
- Master's degree plus at least 2 years of wet lab research experience in behavioral neuroscience or a related field
- Experience with tissue dissection and rodent brain anatomy
- Molecular lab experience (RNA/DNA extraction)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
