The Research Engineering/Scientist Associate III will perform research and oversee projects in the areas of hydraulic fracturing, sand control, and other relevant areas in the Center for Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering under Dr. Mukul Sharma.
Requirements
- Conduct research related to geo-mechanical modeling of hydraulic fractures
- Conduct research on multiple projects by communicating with sponsors and PI; manage and maintain progress/status of the project
- Collaborate with other students working as Research Assistants for Dr. Sharma on related projects
- Promote Hydraulic Fracturing and Sand Control Industrial Affiliates Program
- Research and write proposals for future funding opportunities
