Job Description
The RN Nurse Manager oversees the daily operations of a clinical unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this role manages nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and implements policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting and 2 years of supervisory experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
