Job Description
The Senior Academic Program Coordinator provides leadership, coordination, and assessment for donor-funded initiatives designed to enhance student persistence, academic success, and degree completion for McCombs Success Scholars (MSS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience working with college students, or a master’s degree with two years of relevant experience.
- Experience coordinating programs or initiatives supporting college students.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
